How it works...
If the recipient is out when our carrier partner arrives we'll always look for a safe place or try a neighbour and if there happy to take the flowers, we'll leave them there and post a card through the recipients letterbox to let them know where their gift has been left.
If there unable to leave the flowers with a neighbour and there's somewhere safe to leave the flowers i.e a porch, side gate or behind a car etc. We'll leave them there and pop a card through the letterbox.
We always try our best to follow deliver instructions but if the place you've requested the flowers to be left is unsafe (on the doorstep for example) our driver may leave them elsewhere to ensure the receipt receives them.
It's always important to leave the recipients phone number when placing an order so we can contact them directly if we have any issues.
On the very rare occasion that we're unable to deliver your gift, our carrier partner will post a card to let the recipient know either where to collect the flower from or how to re-arrange a delivery. Please note - we aren't always able to re-deliver the flowers on the same day if it has an impact on any outstanding deliveries.
